AMERICAN PROPERTY INVESTMENTS INTERNATIONAL (APII) SELECTS CBCTR AS IT'S EXCLUSIVE REAL ESTATE BROKER, MANAGER AND LEASING AGENT

Coldwell Banker Commercial TR (CBCTR) is pleased to announce its alliance with American Property Investments International, LLC (APII) a private equity real estate fund.  The fund was recently established to purchase real estate throughout the United States and has chosen CBCTR as its exclusive real estate broker and consultant.

CBCTR will be responsible for the property selection and negotiating for the purchase of properties that meet the fund criteria.  Once a property is acquired CBCTR will handle and be responsible for the management and leasing of the fund's properties.  CBCTR is actively searching for properties in the price range of $1 Mil. to $10 Mil. that have potential and meet the purpose and intent of the fund.
