RICHARD MULVEE

As founder and managing partner of Tower Realty Group, now Coldwell Banker Commercial TR and his responsibilities are for the overall functions and performance of the group. Rick has been a member of this community for the last twenty years and has developed a well-respected background in investment real estate and industrial development. In the past three years, he has built a successful Corporate Consulting Division specializing in site acquisition, site feasibility analysis and asset disposition.

Over these twenty years he has been involved in real estate consulting, development, construction and marketing of numerous properties. In the 1980's and early 1990's Rick was the president of a real estate development company responsible for the evaluation, acquisition, approvals, development and construction of commercial properties. He also has extensive experience in marketing and strategies planning to enhance the value and desirability of real estate assets. Prior to entering the real estate field, Rick spent several years as a senior officer in the financial sector.

Rick was the Project Director of The New Hampshire Tower and The Hampshire Plaza totaling over half a million square feet of class A office space in downtown Manchester which he ran for over 8 years.
