Having assisted in the purchase and development of these properties allowed CBCTR to shine in the spotlight of hard work and persistence in bringing new business to the Queen City. Recently, CBCTR brokered the sale of these two class A office towers to a local real estate company, one sold for $15Mil and the other for $25.5 Mil.  We were successful in adding exceptional value to these properties through professional management, strong leasing activity and tenant retention and this has brought the reputation of CBCTR to the forefront of Commercial Real Estate in New Hampshire.
