Ron is co-founder and Director of Property, Project and Asset Management of CBCTR.

His responsibilities include commercial, office and retail management, financial and budgetary, project management and facilities operations. He has over twenty-five years experience in dealing with all aspects of commercial, retail and industrial properties.

Ron's most recent responsibilities were as Property and Project Director of The New Hampshire Tower and Hampshire Plaza totaling over 500,000 square feet of Class A office space in downtown Manchester, New Hampshire.  His duties included managing the day to day operations of these high rise office towers, preparing, submitting and managing property budgets, provided justification and solutions for financial performance, managed and oversaw from design through completion, all construction projects and tenant fit up and ensured compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations.

He was responsible for developing and implementing standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance measures for each property.  He also coordinated and completed upgrades to the building automation and fire alarm systems for both facilities.
